Purpose
Product Offering Availability allows the Buyer to submit a Product Specification to the Seller and to receive from the Seller a list of zero or more Product Offering Configurations.
Pricing Discovery Management allows the Buyer to receive from the Seller a list of one or more terms and pricing information for the Product Offering Configuration specified by the Buyer.
